Challenge 2: Greek Monster Acrostic Poem

Take a look back at the acrostic poem from Wednesday's Literacy...

 I’ve created my own acrostic poem here using the same letters to spell, MONSTER, but being more specific about the particular beast called The Harpy. I used the information from the text below to create my ideas.


M- Moves with conviction

O- One swoop is all it takes

N- Never eat when they’re around

S- Sticky droppings will cause your death

T- Take a chance if you dare

E- Eat poison in your sandwich

R- Rotting flesh for The Harpy birds

Can you choose one of the other Greek monsters from the text to create your own acrostic poem using the letters from MONSTER? Make sure you use the information given in the text for each of your lines of poetry.
