Today you are going to identify all the PRIME NUMBERS between 1-100.

What is a PRIME NUMBER?

A number that is divisible only by itself and 1

Is 1 a PRIME NUMBER?

The definition of a prime number is a positive integer that has exactly two positive divisors. However, 1 only has one positive divisor (1 itself), so it is not prime.

Shade in all of the PRIME NUMBERS on the first sheet below.  There is an extension activity at the bottom. (Answers are on the second sheet.)
