How to create an invite for a Teams chat and invite via Firefly
This video shows you how to set up the meeting and then how to create the link you can share with the children.
Just a point to note when you set up the meeting you HAVE to add another member of staff to generate the meeting and so create the link.
For the meeting options the screen recording did not capture so you have my narrative but not the associated image! I can do another one....

How to share the link via Firefly
Thoughts.. create the link for a repeat meeting, this can only be done on a laptop. Copy the link and then share with the pupils you want for that meeting.
When the pupils click on the link this will take them through to the chat with you. Start the recording, when the chat is over the recording will process and will then be displayed in the chat.
To change the permissions so that only you can see the video please watch my clip below.
In order to delete the video from the chat go to Stream, my content download the video and then delete it from Stream. This will then delete it from the chat so that the pupils will not have access to it. However you will still have the downloaded copy. I will do a video for it!
